NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, 21 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER ONLY

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on November 1, 2022 log on to www.visitlakeville.org/getaway/ and fill out form to enter. Only one entry per sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States, 21 years of age and older, and agrees to use of name for promotional purposes and added in our quarterly e-blast. Employees of Lakeville Convention and Visitors Bureau Staff and Board Members, or members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 12, 2022 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Release of Liability within three (3) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

PRIZES: Prize package will be available at hotel and awarded upon check-in. Limit one prize per person, family, or household. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.

GENERAL RULES: One entry per sweepstakes period. Winners eligible to enter every 90 days. By participating in this sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
